Challenge Begins February 7th - You could lose over 2 pant sizes in the next 8 weeks!

Compete in our 8-week SKINNY JEANS challenge!

HSkinny Jeans Challengeere’s how it works:

Bring in a pair of jeans from your closet or buy a pair you would like to fit into; jeans must be at least 2 sizes too small.

We’ll take a picture of you trying to get ‘em on; over a pair of spandex shorts or pants.

We will keep your jeans at the gym; and you can try ‘em on throughout the challenge.

You will have 8 weeks to get into your jeans and ...

                       At the end of the challenge you’re a winner if you can say:

                           “I CAN FIT INTO MY SKINNY JEANS!”





Skinny Jeans ChallengeThe Skinny Jeans Program allowed me to gain better control of my eating habits while giving me the opportunity to work-out in a fun and challenging environment. The 8-week program really gets your metabolism up, while offering lots of tools to keep you successful. People say that it takes 30 days to make something into a habit, and Skinny Jeans is a great example of how to implement a healthy lifestyle into an everyday habit. The journals, food guides, accountability with your work-out partners, and supportive instructors all helped to make this program successful. I was able to get into my skinny jeans, and even after the program I have continued to lose inches, stay committed to eating healthy, and kept up with regular and challenging exercise. Skinny Jeans gave me the chance to push myself and reap the rewards for my efforts in a relatively little amount of time!

 I loved the "SKINNY JEANS" program.  The trainer was excellent with his encouragement and ability to demonstrate the exercises.  I think what I liked most about the program besides the results, was being able to work out as a group.  It was a lot of fun doing this as a group and I think that helped me stay accountable.  I also like the fact that my endurance improved greatly. Each week I could see my progress.  I also obtained the results expected --- when I started the program I could not get the snaps of my jeans to even meet and at the end of the program I could get the jeans all the way on and snapped!!  This program really works!
