I believe that diet is the most important aspect of fitness. If you want your body to perform you have to give it the proper fuel for the job. Eating foods rich in nutrients shouldn’t be considered a diet, it should be the norm.

  • Graduated from Ole Miss 2004
  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer
  • CPR and AED certified

I feel that dedication and consistency are the cornerstones of fitness. People that are dedicated won’t let normal everyday stresses affect their diet and workout. Once the commitment to fitness is made, a consistent plan should be obeyed. Then your level of fitness will improve.
