Anyone can practice Yoga regardless of age, sex and physical ability; however, if you have any specific medical conditions, you should check with your physician before you practice Yoga.  Yoga can be adapted to your particular needs.  Yoga should feel good.  Practicing Yoga provides a system of stress management, postural alignment, and emotional balance for your body, mind and spirit.  Yoga practice incorporates relaxation of the mind and body and is nature's way of recharging us.
