RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack though hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the LES MILLS programs, a new RPM class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

How many calories can be burned in a normal RPM class? 675!
What should I wear or bring to Spinning class? Stiff-soled shoes are the best for cycling. They do not absorb the petal force as easy as soft-soles shoes do. Towels are a must! Water is a must! Wear anything comfortable for you and that will not hinder your riding. Ideally, tight fitting clothes are the best. Bike seats are suggested for comfort on the seat. They can be located at any sports store or even Wal-Mart.
What if I don’t like the class the first time? Cycling is hard the first few times. Please come again and allow your body time to adjust to the new moves and seat. Cycling is great for burning calories and relaxing!
I have a bad knee, can I still Spin? Yes, you can! RPM is low-impact training. Inform the instructor and they will guide you in making sure your knees are in the proper alignment during the class.
